Here's a horrible, as not funny scenario
So, you're still running Windows, and you move onto the highly touted W7 and ...
In order to replicate the scenario, end users need only to force the machine Windows 7 is installed on to shut down....(you know, the power button held till PC or laptop shuts off)
Now, none of us have ever had to do this before. Nahh, So, what do they get? Microsoft has informed users of an issue that prevents Windows 7 from starting after the computer the OS is installed on has been forced shut down.
A black screen of - NO, We're not home right now, and you really don't want to use this computer, at least, not without a bootable DVD at the ready.
Good news - this only affects those users that run 32 bit Windows.
Loving Linux more every day...
