So, in pondering the value systems we see generated, I suddenly realize, Apple has it's devout followers, Linux has it's fanbois, but where does that leave MS?

Although King of the proverbial OS hill, I don't see any fans.  Lots of folks are very, very afraid of moving away from MS, but there really aren't many fanbois, for the worlds most used OS.
