I am fairly certain I am not the only person that has had to try to explain to someone what the www is all about.  Why they need to use open and free software, and just why they don't need their experience defined to just one choice.

Here's a great little book that seems to be very good at what I sometimes feel I get long winded and likely not overly communicated.
