Many major differences between the two versions of Debian GNU/Linux. Take care in upgrading; kernel first, reboot, then upgrade apt. I had no trouble at all after that with about 7 upgrades during the past couple weeks. I suppose an upgrade walk-through will be in order soon enough. --machiner
