We got another almost-foot of snow today. So pretty...."you kids suit-up and go shovel the driveway." Which means the driveway, the side driveway, the walk and in front of the garage. Took 'em an hour and they loved doing it. Cool.

But, what's for lunch? I had no idea. Then I was on the phone with a friend and she mentioned Quiche. I said, "That's what I'll make for lunch."

So I did. My first one ever. Stoopid-easy to make but I shoulda used 1 more egg and a little less liquid. It wasn't soggy, but it could have been a little firmer. Kids liked it, I liked it. A smashing success.
